... thought I would take you behind the scenes and share with you what I did in my business that made it possible to take the kids out of school for 8 months and go travelling around Australia in a caravan!
And - to achieve GROWTH in my business while working a lot less hours, so I could prioritise the family and once-in-a-lifetime experiences we were having.
If you've followed my Instagram stories you would have seen some of the incredible places we went, camping on the edge of deserted beaches, snorkelling the reef, clambering through gorges and swimming in waterfall pools!
To make that happen I had to make a few hard decisions, close down some programs, and adjust my way of working!
Running a business while travelling definitely requires some different ways of thinking, a bit of prep and setting of expectations.
I never expected it to grow, just to 'stay alive' so to end the year with GROWTH in both revenue and profit have absolutely astonished me - because it's no small feat to achieve 55% profit growth!
