Julia Michelle’s professional journey began in the fast-paced environment of emergency nursing, where she developed a deep appreciation for attention to detail and learned to balance critical thinking with intuition. These skills became the foundation of her next chapter when she transitioned from ER nursing to entrepreneurship in 2020.

Since then, Julia has dedicated her work to empowering women to confidently express themselves in business without being constrained by the expectations or opinions of others. Her passion for brand voice began when an early client, Rebecca, hired her to rewrite her website. Within just a week of launching the new site, Rebecca’s private therapy practice was fully booked and operating with a waitlist. The experience sparked Julia’s fascination with the power of authentic messaging.

As she continued studying brand voice and marketing, Julia noticed a common pattern: many women were being taught to follow conventional marketing rules rather than trust their own expertise and unique perspectives.
