Kayla has a bachelorā€™s degree in Fitness Development from the State University of New York at Cortland. She is also a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), a certified Functional Movement Screen specialist, and a certified provider of Functional Range Conditioning.

Kayla has experience leading clients towards a wide variety of goals, but particularly enjoys helping people improve their health, appearance, and self-confidence through weight loss.

One of her greatest strengths is her ability to personally connect with each client and, in turn, provide a supportive, friendly, and fun setting for their transformation.

A primary focus of Kaylaā€™s work as a fitness trainer is running corporate wellness programs, which has given her a strong appreciation for the challenges that busy professionals face when trying to implement healthier lifestyle habits.
