It’s hard to believe we are at 34 episodes already. That’s gone quick! 2021 has been an amazing year because I have got to work with so many women in business.
I work with many marketers – and those that aren’t – so I thought it was fitting to end the year talking about what marketing strategy is because this is one of the most confusing topics in the business world.
What I see a lot of is people confusing strategy and tactics. It’s really important to know the difference because strategy is the most important thing you need to have nailed in business.
It doesn’t matter what tactics you are doing if you don’t have a marketing strategy first.
