There are lots of things in the external world, and there's our business, family… Those of us who are mums know how hectic life can get just keeping the kids entertained.
Now the kids are back at school, and my brain feels full from juggling work and family. So, the topic of really avoiding burnout and understanding burnout is probably relevant for many of us.
